Indoor/Outdoor Complete Service Plan

Service Description

Complete review and service of indoor & outdoor segments of your new HVAC system. In addition, customers on a service plan are offered: -Parts & service at a discounted rate -Priority scheduling (no later than next business day) Our complete service plan includes: Outdoor: -rinse condenser coil (water only) -test start & run capacitor -check outdoor fan & compressor for proper amp draws -test defrost controls (heat season only) -check refrigerant charge -clear straw/debris from inside of condenser -clear condensation drain lines Indoor: -inspect high & low voltage wiring and connections -test indoor blower for proper amp draw -test auxiliary heat kit for proper amp draw (heating season only) -clean indoor evaporator coil (foaming cleaner) -inspect supply & return ducts -test blower start capacitor (if applicable) -test float switches in air handler -inspect return air filters & replace if supplied by homeowner -test thermostat for proper temp readings & functions During the time of service, our Service Technician will change filters if available and provided by property owner.
